Whoa there, little guy!  No more Grand Theft Auto until you actually get a license.  Somehow, this kid got it in his mind that he should steal his grandmother's car and go for a joy-riding. Ultimately the tyke ended up crashing into a few cars and giving his grandma a hell of a headache.
