Spitzer Call Girl Sues Girls Gone Wild

Ashley Dupree is slamming Girls Gone Wild mogul Joe Francis for using her name to publicize his Girls Gone Wild franchise. The 15-minutes-of-fame girl, who is trying to build a music career, is still best known for her intimate involvement in the sex scandal that brought down New York governor Elliot Spitzer. Dupree is filing suit because she never gave Joe Francis permission to use her in his advertisements--except for, y'know, when she took her shirt off and signed the video away.
