In the vein of Improv Everywhere's "Grand Central Freeze," the spontaneous acts of weirdness have gone global. Street "acting" has popped up all over, and it would seem Japan has joined the ranks. "The Ginza Station Freeze" isn't the latest, though. CNN recently covered the dual freezes in Beijing and Brussels. So, basically, the freeze thing is now old hat. Cancel those big plans Luxembourg.
