Opinions differ on how much of a role Hillary Clinton played in the Northern Ireland peace accord during the 1990s. In an effort to bolster her international street cred, Clinton recently remarked that she was "instrumental" to the peace process there, a claim that has since been contradicted by former Northern Ireland First Minister William David Trimble. To "celebrate" her alleged "achievement," an intrepid YouTuber dug up an old Hillary appearance in Belfast and cut it alongside a clip of a 2007 meeting with two Northern Ireland officials.
