The Daily Tube review

Richard Thompson Ford went on the Colbert Report to promote his new book and try to raise awareness of the "race card" issue in the current presidential election. He touches on many racially related subjects, and naturally his host is there to lighten the atmosphere. Stephen Colbert does such a great impersonation of a stereotypical neo-conservative Republican that's really hard not to laugh when he says that he doubts that racism was the accepted norm in America's past. Here's the full interview.  (by Austin Keenan) Running Time: 4:31
