In an interview with Cleveland's Plain Dealer, the U.S. congressman announced he was quitting his second bit for the presidency. Kucinich, who'd garnered a small but loyal group of supporters, had failed to gain traction in the polls alongside Clinton, Obama and even Edwards, receiving only 1 percent of the vote in New Hampshire.
