Hey, at least Britney TRIED to attend the hearing focused on her four-hour standoff with the LAPD at her home. The pop wreck arrived three hours late and then, after being bombarded by paparazzi, returned to her car. Spears was not required to attend, but her legal team "strongly advised" her to. Britney reportedly fled to a nearby church after leaving and, presumably, prayed for sanity. Ex-hubby K-Fed will retain sole legal and physical custody of their two sons, Preston and Jayden.
