The mother of all internet video phenomena was the Dancing Baby, otherwise known as the Cha-cha baby and the Ooga Chucka Baby. The baby was born in cyberspace in silence before an audio file was added, "Hooked on a Feeling" by B.J. Thomas. In 1998 it became a star on Fox's "Ally McBeal" show, reminding the title character that her biological clock was ticking. The baby has been called "stupid," "ugly," "annoying" and "drunk." The creator, Ron Lussier, has written, "I'm glad it bothers people. I think that's cool. :)" (by Michael Caruso) Running Time: 0:22 Warning: addictive and annoying.
