Nobody did NYE like the Grateful Dead. This clip from their 1985 New Years show in Oakland not only features father time parading through the arena on a giant cake with fireworks over head, but also absolutely priceless commentary on everything from Eric Clapton to the USS Merrimack to FDR from Ken Kesey and Father Guido Sarducci.
