David Hasselhoff rose like a phoenix from the ashes. This infamous video of him drunk, shirtless and struggling to eat a burger looked like the beginning of the end, but thankfully the celebrity sobered up. He got a regular gig on "America's Got Talent" and won custody of his two daughters. Yeah, there was a little relapse, but he went back to rehab and came out a new man, proving there is hope for Amy Winehouse and Britney Spears. (Pete Doherty, however, not so much.)
