Alec Baldwin lost his chance at father of the year after this angry and insulting voice message to his 11-year-old daughter Ireland went viral overnight. Baldwin suspected that his ex-wife Kim Basinger leaked it, but he couldn't substantiate his claims. The actor spoke about quitting show biz for good during the scandal, but he didn't want to break his contract with the NBC series "30 Rock."
