Britney Spears really needs to hire a driver because after two fender benders the singer ran over a photographer's foot. Brit seemed sincerely concerned, though not concerned enough to actually get out of the car. Maybe she was afraid of revealing lip injections; Spears hit the dude while leaving the medical center.
