Ellen DeGeneres Deals With Doggy Drama

Ellen DeGeneres recently got hysterical over an incident with a puppy she had adopted from Mutts and Moms, a nonprofit dog-rescue organization. The talk show host gave the dog to her hairstylist and her two daughters, but due to red tape, the dog was taken away. The organization started to receive death threats after Ellen's emotional plea to have the dog returned to the family. Marina Batkis, co-owner of the dog rescue organization says that they don't place small dogs with children under fourteen and that Ellen will not get special treatment. Ellen appreciates her fan's support, but death threats and hostility is just not appropriate, especially since she received a few back in the days when she was coming out.
