The Daily Tube review

Stephen Colbert wonders what ever happened to the Bruce Springsteen he knew and loved. He misses the all-American rocker who penned the anti-illegal-immigrant classic "Born in the U.S.A." for Ronald Reagan -- who actually did think it was a rah-rah number. The Boss gets a "Wag of the Finger" for statements he's made against the Bush administration and for anti-war songs on his new album "Magic." Exhibit A: the scathing "Last to Die," inspired by John Kerry's famous words about Vietnam. Colbert is so incensed, he promises to apologize to Springsteen only if he agrees to come on his show. We knew you weren't "Born to Run" from your true political leanings, Mr. Colbert.  (by Patrick Sauer) Running Time: 5:55
