We’re taking another look at this classic viral video of Ms. Spears’ fender bender because now it’s evidence! We bet the pop tart regrets smacking into the parked car almost as much as fleeing the scene without a care in the world. The self-proclaimed “brainiac” has been charged with a hit and run causing property damage and driving with an invalid license. All California residents (including Brit) must get a California driver's license within their first 10 days of residency, which Spears never did! Britney could face up to a year in jail if convicted for both misdemeanors.
