Britney’s overhyped comeback performance at last night's MTV VMAs was, well, a disaster. The pop tart appeared like a shy, confused and sedated stripper in a glittery two-piece outfit, not a flattering post-baby fashion choice. Brit has been criticized for lip-syncing in the past, but this time she couldn’t even pull that off well. The saddest part was her total lack of enthusiasm. She seemed relieved when her backup dancers stole the spotlight. 50 Cent and her pal Diddy watched expressionless, waiting for things to heat up. What happened to the naughty schoolgirl we loved?
