The Daily Tube review
We've said it roughly 4,763 times, but reality TV has gone too far. The CBS reality series “Kid Nation” gives 40 kids between the ages of 8-15, 40 days to survive the frontier and rebuild a 19th century ghost town in Bonanza City, New Mexico. This will require creating a government and generating an economy with businesses like the town saloon. Don’t worry, they only serve root beer. It's scheduled to debut on September 19, but the New Mexico attorney general's office is looking into laws (say, truancy and child labor) that may have been broken. Did we learn nothing from “The Lord of the Flies”?
