It’s impossible not to watch the Simpsons and not pick up on a certain keen, shall we say, understanding that its writers seem to have with drug use and drug culture. One of the greatest drugged-out episodes (helpfully condensed here) revolves around Homer getting a medicinal marijuana prescription for glaucoma.
