From The Daily Tube's “Weird News of the World” department: the inmates of Cebu Provincial Detention and Rehabilitation Center in Cebu City, Philippines, stage a cast-of-thousands (literally) re-creation of Michael Jackson’s “Thriller” video. The choreography is frighteningly good, but far freakier is the portrayal of Michael’s girlfriend--more “Dude Looks Like a Lady” than "Billie Jean."  (by Mike Allen) Running Time: 4:25
