In his latest television ad, "Stand Up," New Mexico Governor Bill Richardson asks Congress to take the Iraq war into their own hands and take a stand against President Bush's stay-the-surge course. Too many soldiers have lost their lives, he says, and it's time to bring them home. Given their recent all-nighter, maybe Congress is finally starting to listen.  (by Mike Slenske) Running Time: :31
