Ferguson angles for honorary (legally meaningless) citizenship in Texas and receives a cleverly-worded reply from Governor Rick Perry himself. Perry warns Craig that Texas citizenship is not just handed out to every drunk, criminal, and Tennessean who applies. A wannabe Texan must comply with certain expectations for Lone Star State residents, including owning a gun rack, protecting the state from unwelcome invaders, and treating road kill with the respect they deserve.
