Making an illegal U-turn is cause for a traffic violation, but in the Dallas jurisdiction, so is not speaking English. One Texas mother found that out after being issued a ticket for being a non-English speaking driver. What's worse? Non-English speaking tickets have been issued by the Dallas police nearly 40 times before!

Actual Person: Oh really? That sucks sounds terrible.
Persona: Yea, it was for speaking Spanish while driving.
Actual Person: Oh, you definitely deserve it. That's not racist at all.
