When Northwest Airlines flight 188 blew 150 miles past its Minneapolis/St. Paul destination, reasons for the overshooot ran rampant. It's good, then, that one pilot continues to offer us no reason for mishap, just that the 144 passengers and crew on board were never in danger. We're not so sure about that last part.
