We don't know who John Mayer thinks is telling him what he can and can't do in Who Says, except for maybe Johnny Law.  It is obvious, however, that he's trying to shake off the lingering shreds of his boy-next-door image with this one, with lyrics about getting stoned and having casual sex, and showing him partying nonstop.  It might work a little better if the song, well, rocked.  (by Ella Marule) Running Time: 3:39 drug references
