Despite the criticism that Stellastarr are just a hodgepodge of their influences, they occasionally have flashes of brilliance.  Graffiti Eyes is among their best work, a catchy, solid hit that incorporates an adolescent team of girls involved in synchronized swimming both above and under the water.  The effect is beautiful, energetic, and most importantly - fun.  (by Ella Marule) Running Time: 3:43 commercial precedes video
