Using the old wet rim trick, an MIT nerd shows us that the sound he's making is the same resonance that the glass emits on its own. Related to many of principles worked on by Nikola Tesla, the sound reverberations penetrate the molecular composition of the glass, and at a high enough volume, break them up.
