So, a couple quick things about the event that has definitely reminded us that Detroit actually has a professional football franchise: 1) This post was also nearly entitled: It's Official: The Redskins Have Hit Bottom, and 2) That Matt Stafford kid could actually end up being a decent player, eh? Yes, the Lions finally won a game, after one full season+ of losses, 19 games in total. It took a pitiful performance from a woeful team and it's even more overmatched coach to pull it off, but it happened. Detroit may not win another game this year, but they did win the one, and they even looked pretty stinking decent doing it. Washington? Well, can't say the same for the Redskins, who we figure will probably be looking for a new coach sometime around, oh, Tuesday or Wednesday.
