Roman Polanski, the director of classic films such as "Chinatown" and "Rosemary's Baby," was arrested in Switzerland on a U.S.-issued 1978 warrant. Polanski had pleaded guilty to having sex with a 13-year-old girl, then fled the U.S.. He was arrested while attending an award show celebrating his work.
