Tila Tequila and NFL star Shawne Merriman are embroiled in a legal battle. Tequila says Merriman "choked and restrained" her while they were in a bar together. Merriman denies the accusation, and says he was merely trying to make sure Tequila didn't fall down drunk. Tequila has since shot back that she's allergic to alcohol and doesn't drink, but the bar's owner tells a different story... developing....(by Nadia Oxford) Running Time: 1:20
