Why they felt the need to do this we couldn't say, but Franz Ferdinand filmed and directed this version of No You Girls themselves.  The band goofs around while the camera travels "through" various tv monitors into other scenes, sometimes creating an "image within an image within an image..." effect.  The outcome is pretty fun, but since it doesn't really relate to the song at all, they probably could have saved it for the next single.
