Who is responsible for the ongoing American torture fiasco?

A) The dude who said, "We don't torture."

B) The pundit lady who said in the case of waterboarding and walling, it's best to keep moving, there's nothing to see here.

C) The people who released the memos showing that America does indeed, torture, and that closing our collective eyes will not make it go away.

How long, how long must we sing this song?

Until Karl Rove gets it? Maybe the best advice is that we all should just keep walking.
