The mail always goes through. A New York TV station received a letter supposedly mailed by Jiverly Wong on the same day he shot and killed 13 people in an immigration services center. Wong's letter expresses his frustration with his bad English, and talks about policemen entering his home and touching him while he slept. It ends with, "And you have a nice day."
