This mini-documentary follows the steps of a few pranksters in Morristown, New Jersey, trying to pull off a hoax of galactic proportions.  The kids released a number of balloons with flares attached to them over a period of a few days, and got the locals really talking!  Everyone knows they're fake now (of course) but watching them in action is pretty interesting.  (by Austin Keenan) Running Time: 8:56
