The man you see in this video is D.C.-based sports blogger Spencer Hall, who primarily plies his trade at thesportingblog.com. Well, Spencer decided he'd seen enough of these parkour (freestyle walking) videos to know that the sport looks awesome, so he wanted to try it himself. Luckily, D.C. is a cosmopolitan enough city to host "parkour classes", complete with obstacles to jump over and men with hideous facial hair (not necessarily in that order).
