Fox News seems to often go against the grain of other cable news networks, but for about thirty seconds the other day, they actually had a cohesive, sensible opinion on something! And who better than easy-on-the-eyes anchor Shepard Smith to grace us with such valor.  Here he complains that alleged Al-Qaeda operative Ali Al-Marri should not have been imprisoned for five years without being ever being charged with a crime because (get this) this is America!
