In case you forgot, Panthers forward Richard Zednick nearly died last year when he had this throat slashed open by a skate, spilling blood all over the ice. This year, his head is firmly re-attached and on straight, and he's scoring wonder goals with aplomb. None of them has been more impressive than this doozie, where he leaped over Maple Leafs defenseman Brendan Witt and flung shot past Andrew Raycroft for a huge goal.
