You have to give The Penguin, Dr. Strangelove, Mr. Potter, Dick Cheney credit for one thing, he waited two weeks before declaring that the impending terrorist strike will be the fault of the Obama administration.

Like a lot of retirees, Cheney is going soft, kicking back on the golf course and living the good life.

Two weeks? That's not the Darth Vader we know and love. He would've shouted "terrorist" during Obama's Oath of Office.
