Ashton Kutcher is so very, very angry at his neighbor doing construction at 7 A.M. that he feels the need to turn on his cell phone and record his anger for the world to see. We can honestly say we've never had this urge, but it seems lots of people do. Ashton's since released another video apologizing, but this one is much more entertaining.
