Sometimes we like to drink in the middle of the week; don't judge. This hump day we're after the mysterious, allegedly hallucinogenic absinthe that few of us have tried.  Art of the Drink shows how to prepare absinthe if we ever happen across it (isn't it illegal in the US?), and gives us a tasty female barkeep standing around doing basically nothing.
