Did anyone actually expect a relatively unknown or overlooked player like Brian Roberts to draw the first official use of instant replay to decide whether a homer was fair or foul? No! Of COURSE A-Rod would hit a skyward ball in the Tropicana Dome that would pull the videotapes into use.
