By now, everyone on the planet knows that Michael Phelps set an Olympic record with his eighth medal of the Beijing Games with his butterfly leg of the 400-meter Medley Relay. Well, now we actually have video of the race itself, albeit grainy and copied from a computer stream. Clearly, this is a transcendent athletic achievement that we may never see again, but the most touching part of Phelps phenomenal achievement was seeing him finally start to break down a bit while receiving his final medal.
