No, really, the Red Sox closer is playing the Vanilli half of the lip-synching duo in a promo video the Sox are using to keep fans entertained during rain delays. Fellow bullpen mate Manny Delcarmen plays the Milli half in the skit, which first debuted Friday at Fenway Park during a brief rain delay against the Cardinals. What Papelbon can possibly do to one-up his own outlandishness now is anyone's guess, though we now know that he's out of: A) Gags from the movie "Major League", B) Inappropriately named pitches, C) '80s lip-synching stars not named C&C Music Factory and D) Excuses based on his dog eating something.
