Auggie Smith returns as the sarcastic rambler you can't help but laugh and nod your head at.  This time, Smith attacks children on harnesses, and you know you've thought the same thing.  Are today's parents so irresponsible that they have to chain their offspring to them, just to make sure they don't wind up eating dirt, knocking things off the shelf, robbing a band, or getting into a vile S&M situation?  You could go on about possible mishaps for the young'uns, but that's not really the point...now is it?  (by Austin Keenan) Running Time: 2:48
