The Daily Tube review
We've never played cricket before, but we've always aspired to be great cricket batsmen. After all, it looks a lot like baseball, except with extra protective padding and plenty of breaks for tea and crumpets. Really, who doesn't love tea and crumpets? Well, those dreams were dashed when we saw this video, affirming not only that cricket players practice on the equivalent of batting practice machines, but also that said machines can lead to a batsman getting hit in the eye with a solid orb travelling 90 miles-per-hour. And NO amount of crumpets are worth losing vision. Well, maybe 86 crumpets, but even that's a push.
