It's clear that Sharon Stone has a legitimate issue with the way the Chinese Government is treating Tibet and the Dalai Lama, but to say that the massive earthquake that killed thousands of people is a karmic response to these actions is like saying gays caused 9/11 or Jews brought on the holocaust.
