Washington Complaints About Grey's Anatomy

The actor, who is no longer part of the cast of Grey's Anatomy due to a gay slur he made last year against fellow costar T.R. Knight just cannot get enough of the drama. He has filed a complaint with the Screen Actors Guild, because a newspaper article with his picture appeared in the episode that aired on May 9.  Apparently giving viewers a little clue to where his character disappeared to is just not appropriate use of Washington's image.
