The concept of SMITH Magazine's Six-Word Memoirs is to take just six words and condense them into a phrase that tells a story. The site has been collecting six-word submissions from the internet for the latest edition, Six-Word Memoirs on Love & Heartbreak, which resulted in about 11,000 submissions. Here's six-word author Daniel Handler, better known as "Lemony Snicket" (the pen name he used to write A Series of Unfortunate Events) reading off 10 of his memoirs he wrote specifically for the new edition:
It's a really cool concept, right? The Six-Word Memoirs idea has been around for a few years, though the latest edition is just out this month. Vanity Fair said that the six-word books "Will thrill minimalists and inspire maximalists." That's a pretty good description, we think. We've featured Six-Word Memoirs on TheDailyTube before, so just in case you missed it, here's a few vids:

In honor of Christian Bale's recent top-popping, we're going to give you a run down of some of our favorite internet freak out videos. It's such great entertainment when people become the helplessly enraged objects of social media banter. Let's start out with Mr. Bale himself, in case you haven't already seen it:
He's really pissed! He's even using pompous phrases like "are you a professional" and "I'm gunna kick your ass!" While that was a great freak out, let's take a look at some of history's more memorable hysterias (click on the pic).
Oh, yes. Bill O'Reilly's freak out was indeed a true classic. Remixes and parodies took over the internet for almost a whole week (that's a long time on the internet!).
What makes this Rupert Murdoch video so great is that he doesn't know that someone's recording him on their cell phone until he is in full, dirty-mouthed swing. We wonder if the maker of this video has a job (or pulse) any longer.
This freak out is a little different than the others, because it's hard to conceive of such a terrible breakdown in the middle of a children's birthday party. The father in this video gets props for not having his own meltdown over the behavior of this loose cannon clown.
So BarelyPolitical has become BarellyDigital to avoid becoming completely irrelevant, and Obama Girl is still leading the team. Here's her appearance at the annual geek-fest, ROFLCon:
She's done well for herself, that Ms. Ettinger. Our gut feeling, though, is that BarelyPolitical was a more solid idea with more relevance (at the time, anyways). "BarelyDigital"? Eh, I guess you could make it work if you're lucky. But it'll take more than lowering yourself to the dark underbelly of the geeky underworld (we're not talking about 4chan, either) to make it really catch on the way it hopes to.
Check out their premier video, guys:

It's no secret that YouTube is full of retards that pull ridiculous stunts and sometimes even lie about what they're attempting for the sake of clicks. Submitted as evidence is this video:
What a loser! He totally can't take the hotness! But seriously, folks, we really wanted to believe that this video was real. Maybe it was, but the ending takes the coolness out of it. To all YouTube wannabe webstars: please get more serious with your videos. If you're going to eat the worlds "most anything", don't fake it. Do it like this guy:
